Previously, foreign-made routers and drones were only allowed to receive software updates until early 2027, potentially leaving them vulnerable to hacking.

        Could, but much like Trumps 2018 tax bill that expired during Biden’s term, nothing will be done about it.

          Tax bills are congress, the FCC is the executive. So, one requires bipartisan support, the other can just be decreed.

          Congressional laws are not the same as agency directives (which are directly under the executive control)
