I think the answer is likely “yes” for both, unfortunately.
As much as .ml is problematic with its moderation, it’s not surprising you got banned. Your little gimmick loses its novelty quickly and you weren’t being subtle whatsoever with your posts. Fittingly, garbage content is taken to the dumpster where it belongs. No PTBs here.
