Bluesky is a better and less toxic website and all, but the fact that you can’t hate on Hellaverse AT ALL over there even if your criticisms for it are valid is quite embarrassing.

Even pushing all the LGBTQ representation aside, (Which I and most others who criticised the show don’t even acknowledge when bringing this up) I just don’t think the writing or comedy holds up in either of those shows (Specifically Helluva Boss) at all, when compared to other similar shows like Harley Quinn, South Park, Bojack Horseman, and The Works Of Gooseworx and Pafbar.

Like there are literally thousands of other media with LGBTQ Representation that are unironically more well written and have better character dynamics and development that I can think of!

The Owl House, DOPE, Heartstopper, It’s A Sin, Mission Hill, Don’t Eat The Neighbours, Harley Quinn, Celeste, Rock And Riot, The Amazing Digital Circus, Last Of Us, Nimona, Sister Claire, Cheque Please, Memoir Of A Snail, Ted And Toby, Dead End, South Park (Well most of the time anyway), Dead Plate, The Loud House, Fired On Mars, Tuca And Bertie, Arcane, I’m In Love With The Villainess,The Acorn Princess, Guilty Gear, Adventure Time, Bob’s Burgers, To Wong Foo, Tokyo Godfathers, Shrek 2, Rae The Doe, King Of The Hill. And that’s just on the top of my head.

I won’t deny the Hellaverse hatedom can get a extremely pretentious and hurtful! But actively loving a show so much you can’t even tolerate when somebody bluntly and casually states they don’t like it or simply think it has a couple flaws even though they’re a fan is not very robust fandom behaviour either.

If you are a fan of Vivziepop, that’s cool, got truly nothing against her, I’m sure she’s a overall friendly person, I think she has a very good expressive professional artstyle, I appreciate her achieving her goals, just note that I think her ability as a writer is completely non existent in my eyes.

Hellaverse is the only show I know that has both one of the worst fandoms and one of the worst hatedoms I’ve ever seen.
