    I agree with that last paragraph. Am more than half a century old and it really becomes apparent who takes care of themselves.

      For sure. You can look good at 50 too, its just about how you eat and exercise and if you stare into screens all day.

      Im 51 soon and I just did 60 min at the gym and then a 90 minute walk in the forest. Of course I dont have to work which makes it a lot easier. I was constantly tired when working and watched Netflix, ate bad food etc.

      So its not about discipline, it’s just about collecting money while working and then being able to stop working when you have enough. I worked 25 years. Felt like that was enough. :)

        Huh. I have worked 40 years and raised a bunch of kids, not as much leisure but holding up fine. I do work at a sports company though, people take long lunches to go for a run and we have a gym too. So there is both the flexibility and resources to stay fit. Really nice perk.

        Honestly don’t mind working now, it was harder when I was younger with kids at home and not as much seniority at work.
