I think the point here is that posting is also inaction that feels like action there’s obviously an overabundance of online communication.
Ooh, an opportunity to hop on my favorite soapbox:
Millenials and Gen-Xers that grew up watching Mr. Rogers need to stop looking for the helpers. “Look for the helpers” is advice for children in scary and confusing situations that are beyond their control. You are an adult. You are supposed to step up and be the helper.

Hey man, cope how you need to cope. I’m living with constant anxiety and that’s not any better.
But more importantly: organize to try and make the world a better place.
