I had made the original jellyfin Roku app, but once people with actual Roku skills showed up, I kinda just faded out.

Open source for a lot of people is the option to drop in and help when you can, but for maintainers, it can be a huge commitment. I totally get why after almost 8 years, people would be ready for moving on.
