    What is missing from my point of view is an indication of which part of your finger is currently not propperly scanned. Remember on Android and iOS you can a visual indiciation on the fingerprint picture about which part you should scan next to get full coverage of your fingerprint. I assume this is not possible under linux because the information is not exposed by the fingerprint sensors to the system.

      They’re not forcing anybody to use it (Windows Hello, on the other hand…)

      I personally use KDE so this specific news isn’t applicable to me, but it’s still really cool to see neat things like this!
