The video was initially sealed during Parker’s criminal trial, where she was charged with eight counts of child neglect. A judge dismissed the case in May, ruling that Parker had not committed a crime under state law.

Just for context, Parker was the Vice Principal of the school. She wasn’t found criminally liable, but the school did loose a civil case over the incident.
The mother of the child did get convicted and sentenced to 2+ years.
