This is why I always wear a big empty backpack, ain’t no way I’m walking into a boss fight situation with full inventory preventing me to pick up spare health potions or the occasional wheel of cheese.
Was there an ammo create nearby as well?
If there is no ammo too then it’s just mid-stage.
Can you hear choral music in the background? Does it absolutely slap?
Don’t pick it up if you’re only down a few HP: save it for later when you can use the full ability.
