The top layer of this food pyramid is hidden. It’s shit.

The Yes Men performance artists, activists, when to world economic conferences over 15 years ago with full professional power point presentations on how get the lower classes to eat processed shit. The response in the crowd was incredible, they just sat and took notes.

Yeah they also say you should eat more shrimp then vegetables… They are trying to kill people. They don’t care about you, they care about the meat industry and dairy industry.

That’s great but everyone knows guidelines don’t do shit.

Regulate the goddamn food companies to reduce the sugar and processing.

You can regulate any company by not buying their sugar.
