The linked youtube upload is from CREART: Ministerio de Cultura de Cuba; here is another copy of it from Radio Nacional de Venezuela. Sadly both are very low quality (144p), as is this copy and this copy.

Here is a 1080p upload without subtitles from one of the artists (Akilin).

I first saw this in high quality (and with subtitles) on Live streaming TeleSUR English but I’ve failed to find a copy of that anywhere (and also failed to figure out how to download a youtube livestream from any point other than the present or the very beginning of it).
