Nepal will showcase its rich culinary heritage in Washington DC as part of the US–Nepal Gastronomy Exchange’s return leg, following the first event held in November. Chef Rajeev Shrestha and Deependra Singh from Aloft Kathmandu Thamel will represent Nepal, presenting authentic Nepali cuisine that highlights indigenous ingredients and traditional flavors. The event aims to strengthen cultural ties between Nepal and the U.S. and promote Nepali cuisine globally through cultural and culinary diplomacy.
