Maybe start with a comic first and then drop an ad.
Also agreed that you need to maybe design a static better logo and save that as a addable layer. Its easier that way, or if you want to be creative with a drawn one for each maybe set some rules for yourself on size and shaping that you can break with more practice.
Then also consider spacing and reading orientation and how our eyes will scan the page. This is beyond messy. The eyes are expressive but too much going on.
I did design a separate logo as an addable layer I think the problem was that I tried making a Vector graphic in a different app than I’m used to. I tried to condense the information in the image but I also didn’t know how to introduce people to the concept and characters and keep it brief, It was a bit hard with dark text on the darker areas like Meri’s Hair Static’s Coat, I think I should of used white text on those areas, truth to be told I don’t think I actually thought where the eyes follow much, thank you for the constructive criticism
but I also didn’t know how to introduce people to the concept and characters and keep it brief
Oh. Show, don’t tell. Keep consistent with their character and give them situations to show how they would respond to clue us in.
If you do want to go full Brady Bunch though, feel free to get creative with placement and or take some inspiration comics and TV. Banners are a great tool to draw attention and add style, or you could even just go lower third and put your details about uploading there. So as to not busy the comic with text and give it a somewhat static background to stand against.

Also, thank you for being receptive. I actually really like seeing new artists. And wish you the best and will look for your next stuff.
Well I think this ad has done it’s job, people know this comic exists, it seems a lot of people don’t like it, but they know it exists.
LoL. Good takeaway.
I think you need to adjust your text design a bit. It’s a bit hard to read
