to me what looks weird in the vacation pic is the alignment of torso and legs. It looks really off. In the hospital pic is more natural. So I’m inclined to agree with you that hospital is real and holiday isn’t.

not all parents are savvy enough to know how to do it. not all parents have the parenting skills to do it, because they were not taught them in the first place. not all parents can always monitor their teen kids 24/7, because they might work multiple jobs and teens have (and rightly so) unsupervised time.
also, you can teach them how many times you want that porn will fry their brains, but good luck reasoning at a logical level with a horny teen. Even before internet we managed to find and pass around porn mags, so it’s as pointless as the war on drugs.

if the bank has the same functionalities on web. Spoiler alert, they don’t. Credit cards need to approve online transactions on the APP, not website. Bank website has pretty much only kyc info, no payments.
On the plus side there’s an app on that list that I could move to.

some time ago I saw an homeassistant customizatoin where the smartplug for TV would turn on only after the child confirmed they completed a bunch of tasks (homework, putting away toys etc). Sure they could “cheat” but that would just trigger a total ban for a month.

It always blows my mind when I see stuff from so back in time. History is one thing, but artifacts like that is tangible. Thinking I could drink from the same cup that was used by another person more than 5000 years feels surreal.
In Europe usually you get a fine at most. Imagine being on a road trip with a 3yo in the back, if they say they have to pee it’s not like "I hope this queue moves in the next 30 minutes, it’s RIGHT NOW! So off on the shoulder they go.
I took a look at the privacy policy (I’m fun at parties). I am happy to see that you clearly state that you don’t trade/sell personal information. But what about aggregated anonymized data? Also, good point on stating that analytics are enabled only with cookies. I’d suggest you add a method for communication on point 6 (yes the email is at the bottom of the text, but it feels like it should be also there).
Sorry if this comes through as antagonistic, it really isn’t the case, I know writing those policies is hard even with the best intentions and I’m just offering a second pair of eyes on it. Look at this as (hopefully) “constructive feedback” :)
