Those tanks get gallons to the mile.
Gas going up will also make food go up even more now due to added costs of shipping.
When your car refuses to work without food but you can, and you need your car to get to the place that gives you money to buy the car (and hopefully you) food … it happens.
Petrol monkeys need gas to live.
In the US, in most places, you need a car to get around because there is no reliable public transport
I am painfully well aware. But that doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
