If you need a solid competitive TD, check out Legion TD 2.
If you’ve played the WC3 mod Legion TD, or the SC2 mod Squadron TD, this is basically the same. It’s actually made by Lisk & Jules, the original creators of Legion TD in WC3, and a bunch of other maps/mods from the old Blizzard games.

I’m confused as to what you’re unsure of, but WC3 = Warcraft 3, SC2 = Starcraft 2.
The base games were fine, but the real good stuff was the modding community with flavor of the month games, where DOTA and Legion TD were the undisputed perennial favorites.
Now I’m going to stop shaking this cane and take my morning constitutional.
Damn. Their video show of some old bangers. I own so many of them. Maybe time for a revisit for some of them. Just need more time. A lot of it.
