I didn’t watch the video nor did I check what community this is, but for the past month I’ve been sleeping for 4 hours per night due to my own neuro problems, work requirements, and alcoholism. It has not been a good time and I don’t recommend it.

If you can’t sleep at night have you tried sleeping during the day?

Special circumstances that no longer apply were occurring.

Cause it’s hard to nap at night when you’re already sleeping.

If you dream that you are sleeping can you sleep twice as fast?

When I used to work on the road, I’d sleep for maybe 3 to 5 hours a day during the week, but that kind of thing catches up to you fast. I usually made up for it on the weekends, but it was not a healthy way to go.

I don’t think that’s possible to do and be healthy and happy, lol. I only get four to five hours of sleep on my work nights due to my long commute and I’m pretty tired and use both of my breaks to sleep in my car.
