      actually i thought of this recently and came up with the concept of a “coherence length” which describes the distance up to which you still care about things … so if it’s 50 km then you care about things that happen within 50 km around you.

        I recently learned that an austism symptom is a strong sense of justice that is not swayed easily.

        I always wondered why i cared so much more about doing the right thing instead if what people think is right or what law says.

      Sadly it is a very human thing. Most people are entirely content to ignore anything outside their monkeysphere.
