I just want Skyrim where I can have actual conversations with NPC, instead of them repeating the same lines over and over again.
I do however want this to be powered by a local LLM running on my machine. Especially single player games like this need to be self contained, and not have to rely on a server for basic gameplay features like this.

Completely agreed. We don’t need to make single-player experiences dependent on any external infrastructure.
