Paul McCartney’s official Reddit account seems to have been banned. The account, u/paulmccartney, had just dropped a set of photos and videos from the first night of his shows at the Fonda Theatre. It went straight into the r/PaulMcCartney subreddit. Then, not long after, the whole thing disappeared.
I just want to say that I know people who have known Paul for many years, and every single one of them have nothing but good things to say about him. He knows people want to catch him doing jerk behavior, so he bends over backwards to be polite and respectful to EVERYBODY. He’s a Righteous Dude.
Unfortunately my first association is the “Glass Walls” ad that was hammered into my brain hundreds of times before I learned to block them.

No, Paul, do you think slaughterhouse employees are even more likely to be vegetarian? Good intentions, but so infuriating.
I’m a carnivore, but I respect reasonable vegetarian/vegans. I’ll take a rock star taking a stand like that over Lars attacking music fans because they love music too much.

Wow, it was tough to watch that whole video. I hope things have improved since then, although I’m sure in a lot of places they haven’t.
Eat less meat and if you do eat meat, pay extra for pasture raised animal products.
Some things get better, others get worse. It’s never a bad day to give up animal products.
