along with the strong censoring that has occurred on reddit throughout the years, they have now removed r/all from the app and while using a desktop/laptop browser. instead of being able to stumble upon new subreddits you never knew existed, it wants to curate what you’re allowed to see
Reddit is bad, but as long as facebook, twitter and indeed 4chan is around, it is not yet the toilet of the internet. More like your kitchen sink drain of the internet.

4chan still being around is weird. You can’t post or do anything, and their captchas seem intentionally broken. Sure you can pay a nominal fee, but the whole point of a board built on being anonymous, demanding you dox yourself to post seems out of touch.
4chan is the gaping asshole of creation for internet culture. Unfortunately you have to take the good with the bad to get anything new and interesting, constantly putting your thumb on the scales to please people who will and do complain about everything and anything leads to downfall.
