That part isn’t hard to imagine. Filing a false police report is a crime, and I’d say people who are willing to call the police about something like this are also probably more likely to get into a conflict with the police when they don’t do what they want.
I know filing a false report is a crime. But it seems like they would just give her a warning and tell her to stop doing it, because they have more important things to do than arrest her. Unless she is doing this repeatedly after warnings. Also it’s probably something more like misuse of 911. I don’t think she actually filed a police report, as no officer would have taken such a report, since there wouldn’t have been a crime committed to report.
A false report would be if a crime occurred and you make false statements about it, or you make up the crime entirely (like saying you were robbed when you were not.) It’s not like they are actually investigating these British accents.
