It better be called “Spaceballs 3: The Search for Spaceballs 2: The Search for More Money”
Oh noes, I hope they don’t have to do battle with Dark Moichendise.
I am really not sure its the time for Mel Brooks humour anymore. The Netflix series he made was cringey as hell. The old movies work because they are old and a product of their times.
I am just excited to see Rick Moranis back doing movies.
Is he actually going to be in it?
Yes it been confirmed!
The format can definitely work: we just watched Fackham Hall, and it is the classic “Naked Gun” experience.
Oh fuck, Fackham Hall was brilliant.
And Naked Gun surprised me with how funny it was
I hope they make fun of Grogu
Josh Gad kills projects. It’s compulsive, just who he is, an automatic function of him being involved. Guaranteed flop.
We need a project with Josh Gad, James Corden and Jared Leto. So they can be quarantined away from other stuff and create a creative black hole.
Found Limmy’s lemmy account! Give us a getting discovered blam! Please
Either way, I’m just happy he’s been freed from Doorman’s Void.
The original Spaceballs was a flop. It found a niche with the kids who watched it and now it’s a cult classic. But watch it again, it’s not a very good movie. It’s a series of gags loosely strung together by the storyboard of Star Wars. I was disappointed when I watched it again with my kids, the gags are funny but the movie is pretty lame. Totally falls apart when they meet Yogurt and then they bumble around for a bit looking for a way to end the movie.
Yeah, Frozen really died a quick death.
He should really stick to productions intended for children.
He helped elevate the best episode of Wonder Man to be one of the best TV episodes of recent history
I hope they make fun of the last trilogy
Ah yes, more nostalgiaslop. Just what we needed. Vote with your wallet folks: do not go watch this in cinemas!
Nostalgia slop doesn’t have to be bad. The Naked Gun was good. But the odds are against it.
I was surprised by the Leam Neeson Naked Gun, it was very funny, and a credit to the title.
