To be clear, I’m not in favor of prohibiting trans kids from sports. Just musing that I did in fact have to have my genitals inspected to play sports in school.
In the US many schools require students go to a doctor to get a “physical” before they can do a number of school activities. A physical is just a standard healthcheck to make sure there aren’t any health concerns (and that may involve checking reproductive organs).
