Former stoner. Multiple times a day every day for years. Never thought I could imagine life without weed, but eventually it turned into a personal little hell that I couldn’t escape. I kept smoking even long after I stopped enjoying it, long after I knew I needed to stop, and even long after I wanted to stop.

One day I woke up and decided I didn’t need it anymore. It was still challenging to toss my stash and equipment (which I had done dozens of times over the years), but eventually I did and it was the start of a T-break that will never end. I haven’t looked back since, and life still isn’t perfect now but I’m grateful to be able to approach it with a clear head, and a body which actually listens when I tell it to get up and go do something.
