Nothing I’ve seen about this party suggests it’s more than a Pro-EU rebrand.

Socially conservative, business focused, steeped in white nationalism. But they hate Moscow more than Berlin.

Light conservativism, open to gays, business and economy centered, nationalistic but not white nationalism and hating moscow. They think their biggest task is to heal the wounds that made Hungarians enemies of themselves (which is kinda is the biggest task). So overall quite broad, populist points. This was the best we could do after 16 years of protonazism.

As an onlooker on the shitshow in America, I’m glad that one country is willing to take small steps in the right direction.

Versus doing jack shit because it’s not leaps and bounds in the direction they want, allowing the backslide to continue unopposed instead out of spite.

Sure. That’s been the consequences of post-Soviet Shock Doctrine and re-establishment of aristocracy.

Ffs, the PM of Bulgaria is just the grandson of the old king. The whole continent is backsliding into monarchism.

My dude, why are you complaining about improvements. Pro EU is not Pro Moscow. That’s good. We all want to jump straight to a utopia, but they’re called utopías because they’re impossible.
