I think short hairs consist of only newest part of the hair strands because of that they not accumulated to much wear and tear.
The first time I saw three-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash that brands are pushing these days, I scoffed. Then I realized that this was hypocritical – I had been using two-in-one shampoo/conditioner for years. I figured that if I thought three-in-one was a ridiculously stupid jack of all trades, I could at least try using separate shampoo and conditioner.
Been using it for a while now, and it’s much better. Some of that might be because I have to get slightly more expensive conditioner since so many of the major brands straight-up do not sell men’s conditioner on its own, but man, my hair looks and feels so much nicer now. Highly recommend it; it’s worth it.
Shampoo and conditioner are completely different products so yeah those are a scam, but shampoo and body soap are the exact same thing, they remove oils. Conditioner adds it back. So yeah use body soap in your hair, it’s fine, or the other way around!
Shampoos are harsher detergents than body soap.
I just use soap and it’s fine.
Johnny Harris did a video about the scam of shampoo, conditioners. After watching that I switched to soap and all my scalp itch and dryness problems went away.
The soap industry is basically the same thing in different forms, solid or liquid. But shampoos use harsher detergents to strip natural oils and it’s terrible for scalp skin.
I wake up with cool hair. Around 3pm it starts to give up. I’m an evening ahowerer so it works out.
