So we have a situation. With the aliens. And I have to say, nobody has dealt with aliens…and I mean that in the traditional sense, the space sense…nobody has dealt with them better than me. I’ve been saying for years, years, that we needed to protect our airspace. Did anyone listen? The generals didn’t listen. Very bad generals, by the way. I have better generals now.
But here’s the thing…and I want to tell you a quick story, because it’s relevant…a guy came up to me last week, big strong guy, military guy, tough as nails, tears streaming down his face, he said ‘Sir, I never thought I’d see this.’ And I said ‘I know.’ I just said ‘I know.’ It was beautiful actually.
Now these…and I call them the extraterrestrials, which is a word, a very good word, people are saying it’s the perfect word…these extraterrestrials, they came to our planet, which is the greatest planet, I think we can all agree on that, and they thought, they thought they could just do whatever they wanted. Like they did with other planets. Probably. We’re looking into it.
But here’s what they didn’t count on. Americans. And some other countries too, I guess. Canada’s involved, I hear. We’ll talk about the tariffs later… that’s a separate thing.
The point is…and I do have a point…we are not going to go quietly. I never go quietly. Ask anyone. Ask my people. We fight. And maybe we lose some, and that’s sad, tremendous loss, tremendous, some of the greatest people, but we fight. Because if we don’t fight…and I was talking to Elon about this, brilliant guy, he gets it…if we don’t fight, there’s nothing left. No more rallies. No more. Can you imagine, no more Mar-a-Lago? These aliens, they don’t understand what they’re dealing with.
Today…and I’m going to wrap up because I know you’ve been standing a long time and I appreciate it, I really do, tremendous people…today we show them. Today, America leads. Not just America, but America first. And then the others.
…And look, I’ve given a lot of speeches. A lot. Some people say the best speeches, and I’m not saying that, they say it. But this one… this one is different. Because we are at a moment. A real moment.
We are not going quietly. I don’t do quiet, never have, ask anybody. We are not going quietly into the night… we are not going quietly into the darkness of what these aliens thought they were bringing here… because we don’t do that. We fight. Always have. It’s in our DNA, tremendous DNA by the way, the best…
And we will have our victory. A big one. Bigger than anyone thought possible, and I always thought it was possible, I said it from the beginning… I said it and nobody believed me and now look…
Today… we are going to celebrate. Not just July 4th, which is a great day, beautiful day, very important historically… but something bigger. Something they will write about, in the history books, in the beautiful history books… the day we looked up at those ships, those very unfair ships, and we said no. Not here. Not us.
Today… we celebrate our Independence Day. Thank you. God bless you. And God bless the United States of America. Only country I’d want to save the planet from, and honestly it’s not even close.
