It remains unclear whether the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon that took effect Thursday will hold. In any case, Dimi Reider argued, it’s unlikely to stop Israel’s expansionist ambitions. Efforts to establish buffer zones and “natural borders,” he wrote, suggest that ongoing ethnic cleansing in southern Lebanon is far from over.

The ceasefire will not hold.
Israel wants all the land from the river to the sea, because they think that God gave it to them and they are His Chosen People.
And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee. ~Exodus 23:31
If they ever do achieve that, there will still not be peace… they will then work to make all of the Earth submit to them.
Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him. ~Psalm 72:11
Muslims and Jews will never have peace.
