I think you’re reading too much into it. It’s just a meme about how people can be tricked into thinking that enriching others who keep them poverty is “winning”. Harris isn’t in office, and this house has a particularly zealous Trump sign, so what else is there to make a meme about?
I think that it’s impossible to gaslight people out of poverty, no matter which party is doing so. I think it would be nice to have a party that intended to help the poor instead of one party that hates them and another party that spent 4 years finding every excuse to not help them.
The latter party is in no position to dunk on the former. Until democrats fix their shit, I don’t care how full of themselves they are about all the help they worked so hard to block when they were in office.
