A single “serving” (60g) of Shredded Wheat cereal has 30% of your RDA for fiber. So if you eat a large bowl of it (200g), you’ll hit 100% of your RDA by the time you’re done with breakfast.
Oatmeal can be very healthy, don’t get me wrong. But oats have ~10g of fiber per 100g, while Shredded Wheat is closer to 15g of fiber per 100g.
We could argue all day about micronutrients, protein, and stuff like that, but when it comes to fiber, Shredded Wheat beats oatmeal any day of the week.
where do I get it

From veggies and metamucil
Psyllum Husk works well, Meta-Mucil if you just wanna hit up a generic store for it.
I mix a 50/50 of husk and offbrand Mucil, because it is rather sugary.
