Honeslty, what do people realistically think it would happen if you jumped in front of a car? And then start attacking the car. Do you expect for the drivers to just wait until they start breaking windows?
I am not American, and for the life of me, I do not understand the lack of logic here and watching the video VS the headline is like two different stories are being told all based on political bias.

Cop car was stopped. People started jumping onto the car or getting in front of it, and even on top of the hood. Blocking its way.
Cop car tried to move a bit a couple of times, and people would not get out of the way. That headline is of course leaving context out.
