The 141m-long vessel, linked to a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, cleared the waterway despite an ongoing blockade.

So can someone please explain how this can happen? /s

The Strait isn’t “blocked” as in a physical mine field. They can allow boats through as they wish.
