Halo: Campaign Evolved is in development, but remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3 are also confirmed, with early development underway. Notable features will connect the remakes with upcoming content.
I’ll give you the environments being bland, but I really didn’t have a problem with enemies or weapons. Especially compared to what little was in Halo 2.

The promethean enemies were not very fun to fight really. Halo 5 made them more fun to fight but the campaign was too short and repetitive.
