Nuclear would be if the scale were larger, but we’ve done everything possible to make it expensive and hard to build. They’re actually relatively cheap in raw construction, but we’ve built laws and systems to increase the price so it doesn’t out compete dirty energy (they’re the ones with the money, so they write the laws).
