    This literally wasn’t a problem until a certain group of people put a certain demented old pedophile and his cronies into power. Suicidal anti-social right wingers and rich capitalists are killing all of us.

    The people in charge really are uniquely unqualified… We might actually get better results randomly selecting people to lead each country.

      This is actually how democracy was originally, not like the modern US elitist version (“representative”) that got exported globally

        There’s definitely something to be said for not doing it randomly and having a sound selection process, but the protections against that process getting corrupted need to be more robust.
