¹Thus did I behold the Beast! It had six legs and two tails, and upon it’s head was a diadem of crystal that reached even to the very ceiling of the heavens; ²and it beheld me with baleful eyes that burned my soul with amber fire. ³ For a thousand times a thousand days it held me trapped before it’s splayed digits and impossible form. ⁴ Only then did it speak unto me, and it did bide me to serve it, and I could not disobey, ⁵ for such was the power of it as it told me, ⁶ "go forth and attain, fish and fine meats, and the lesser beasts and birds of the field, and provide them to me as sacrifice. ⁷Only then shall I permit thine touch upon my be crowned head, for I am the LORD.
