Miles Morales is designed “like a DLC”, in the sense that the game is not an entire new game, but more like a side quest and not a full standalone game. It’s also a shorter game too at half the playtime and reuses lot of the first Spiderman game. To make it clear: I am not saying Miles Morales is equivalent to a DLC, but it is like a DLC expended into its own standalone game. And there is nothing wrong with it (if the price is alright, but to be honest I think its overpriced at 50).
