It’s commonly used as a criticism of Obama to point out that his approval of drone strikes was significantly higher than any president before or since. This data point is a bit shaky however, because drone strikes weren’t nearly as prevalent during his predecessor’s terms as drones weren’t as technologically advanced as they were during his terms, and due to the fact that the Trump admin changed drone strike approval processes to no longer need presidential approval.
