Recently the Chinese government has been hard at work trying to prevent NVIDIA gpus from entering China and competing with Chinese gpus. It’s equivalent to the US restriction on Chinese EVs.
The difference is that Tesla is not really trying to innovate and can’t compete against Chinese EVs. By contrast, the Chinese usually build up their companies and then lift restrictions to compete on the global market.
I just want China to start producing competitive gpus so they they stick it to nvidia, fuck Jensen Huang
