Yeah. He’s a barn cat, so his eyes are a lil crusty just because of his environment. I clean them up when I’m there.
Not OP but outdoor kittens tend to be a little crusty but usually they’re okay. Lil dude may also have seasonal allergies.
If I feed neighborhood kitties, I put a little lysine in their food.
Strays can have a little lysine, as a treat.
