    According to the CMS fact sheet, simply having a listed condition, including cancer, end-stage renal disease, HIV/AIDS, or multiple sclerosis, is not enough to qualify for an exemption. The condition must also be shown to significantly impair the individual’s ability to comply with the work requirement.

    You can be literally dying and they’ll ask you what you’ve done for capitalism recently.

    I wonder how much he would have to “prove” about his illness in order for it to count as too ill to work, but considering how much of a pile of shit he is he already qualifies as one among many of the sickest people on the planet.

    Probe as in have a doctor’s note? This seems like a formal requirement with little real world impact outside of outrage generated.

    Edit: right, paperwork and us doctors system. Makes sense that this is bad.
