    It comes from an exercise where you straddle a keg and try to lift it with only your thighs touching it. Something along the line of keg-lifts so Kegels. Not sure if the pushup motion is applicable to the body motion of a Kegel exercise. I may also be entirely making this up

      As to finishing too quickly, the answer, I regret to inform you, excepting drugs we don’t want to get addicted to, not the least with this synthetic shit laced everywhere, is gooning out a lot. The more you go, the longer you can last.
