All I’ve done is stop ordering takeout, stopped making giant suppers an hour before bed and just eat healthier and smaller meals in general. Also I only eat once per day at supper time, so I guess that’s intermittent fasting I think? Didn’t even plan to do it, but I’m feeling so much better about myself.
Also helps that I’ve never been a very food motivated person so it’s easy for me to ignore my stomach all day until supper. Now if I could just cut out alcohol I would be really happy with how I look. The one thing that’s making me stay a bit chubby 😭


Good work bud. But don’t skimp on bfast. Get a Greek yogurt or something to get ya going.
Honestly I’ve never been a breakfast person. I wake up and have some coffee and that’s enough for me, I’m not hungry for a few hours after waking up. Always been that way.
Yeah, not everyone is wired the same way. You think over the course of human history that most people just had time to wake up and have a giant breakfast in the morning? No shot.
