I know D and D Wiki has a lot of homebrew pages (usually marked as such, though sadly not always), but their link only contains material from Wizard’s books, no?
It is fan made, but for I can see only content from the actual books, so similar to 5e.tools.
EDIT wait you may have a point, I don’t see that spell on 5e.tools, it may be homebrew but not marked as such.
That site is so annoying because it’s all homebrew/third party but gives the impression it’s official content.
