Boy, the good ole days are gone when it comes to Windows. I am posting just to help anybody that doesn’t know. This is like a creepy wire tap. If you are actually using Windows 11, make sure to disable and or reduce telemetry in Windows 11 (Privacy). Yea, a basic understanding of the machine’s components and their function is usually expected.
Windows takes you firmly by the hand, expected you to be a good user and do as you’re told, whereas Linux expects you to take control and be in charge, with all the decisions that entails.
That’s kind of the most fundamental difference.
