My PC can do 4K, too. But it’s only gonna get like 12fps in most shit. Also AMD themselves says FSR4 is slower than FSR3. You get better image quality at the trade off of lower performance.
You’d be surprised how well some stuff can run. Doom 2016 can run comfortably at 4k on a GTX 1070 with graphics maxed out. Sure, you won’t play a brand new AAA game with maxed out graphics at 4K, but if you make some compromises, you can go pretty far.
