I understand because I play Monster Hunter Wilds and the GPU does work a lot. It’s just that if I make the GPU work, then it should be for an exceptional game, like MHWilds. Fatekeeper is definitely not worth doing that.
It’s not like Fatekeeper is Minesweeper. It’s a pretty nice looking big open world 3D game… if you avoid playing any of those that you don’t already know are awesome yr gonna miss out on a lot of great shit.
So to me it seems like what sets Fatekeeper apart from a game like Sir Kicksalot is its graphics, which isn’t a top priority for me which is why I refunded Fatekeeper.
Damn, for a second I thought you linked Sir Whoopass and was shocked anyone else would mention it. But Kicksalot looks good too. Will have to see if it can be run in VR because it looks like it would be perfect to play around with in that. I need an excuse to do something with the damn thing.
It’s ok for GPUs to get loud. They’re made to be used. As long as the temps aren’t going insane using your computer is not deteriorating it.

From what I remember it seemed like a linear game rather than open world (which is ok). The reason I don’t think it’s anything special is because I’ve played another game which is much less demanding and more fun. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2629230/The_Adventures_of_Sir_Kicksalot/
