Holy shit are you obtuse. No. Steam can revoke your licenses if you don’t pay for them. And that is a completely different thing than revoking your license after you paid for them without a refund. One of them is taking from you stuff that you didn’t pay for in the first place. The other one is taking from you stuff that you paid for.
