I wonder if a fediverse-friendly version exists. It would need to be slick to get the critical mass that makes those kinds of sites useful (like review sites, etc).
There is NeoDB which is great software, but its official instance is mostly Chinese. I don’t know if there are any ones that are mainly English, but I’d be down to join one.
